THE "DISCOVERY"

After enjoying 20 years of the same, the time came for a total makeover of the apartment living and dining area, balcony, bedrooms and bathrooms. Focusing on the respective occupant's lifestyles, practicality and safety considerations, a minimalist design with warm touches and hues was implemented. Furniture clutter has been reduced by optimizing the island/peninsular bar concept in the living area that also functions as a entertainment kitchen, dining table as well as work station. These combo of functions have been brought closer to nature by setting-up the bar concept closer to the balcony that overlooks greenery and beautiful sunsets. The balcony meanwhile serves as an outdoor breakfast and bar sanctuary.
