Introspective Simplicity

Cheap and ready-made/off the shelf can be beautiful - it depends how the execution is done with proper planning of course. Here, the homeowners' love for nature and keeping true to function and practicality make the living space and balcony overlooking the lush greens a place to truly "hangout".

A Revamped Classic

A classic semi-D house reinterpreted to keep the good of the old and bring in the new. The general structure is maintained but space planning is improved to suit the practical needs of the home owner. More natural light is brought into the house to give a fresh and airy feel. Both kitchens are remodelled with the dry section incorporating a bar with a 'sky-roof' and timber-decked garden/patio further out. Bathrooms are semi-tiled to allow special effect paint works. Driveway has a unique random layout of railway sleepers and stones.

A complete renovation and extension project that started in late August 2019. Besides remodelling the living spaces and bedrooms and bathrooms, extensions were made to include a huge air-conditioned wet-kitchen, bar, games room, music room, large balconies with gardens, viewing deck, sauna and gym room, his and her wardrobes and more.

A large-scale residential unit that underwent a total transformation to meet various needs of the client for present and future considerations. Each room, bathroom and floor designed to be different whilst meeting specific needs as requested by client.
